This 3 day camp is perfect for advanced skiers who are looking to grow their ski touring/backcountry skill set and get some early season faceshots!
Days will be spent exploring amazing Roger's Pass and learning as you go. Topics include...
- how to scope and access backcountry lines
- ski touring tips for the up hill
- steep skiing/freeskiing coaching
- avalanche awareness
Evening talks at the Glacier Park Lodge (top of the pass) will include slide shows and avalanche education on Friday and Saturday night.
Free Salomon demo skis and Guardian bindings available.
Marty Schaffer and Kevin Hjertaas round out the guiding/coaching team and help guarantee you will improve and you will have fun!
Lodging is up to each participant. Glacier Park Lodge has skier's rates and Revelstoke and Golden are within driving distance.
